OF BOUNDS (RULE 27-1) |

A)
On or beyond the road to the right of the first hole. |
|
B)
Beyond any hedge, dyke, fence or line of trees bounding the course. |
|
C)
Beyond any line of white stakes bounding the course. |
|
D)
3rd, 10th and 12th holes, line of stakes on the left. |
|
The
penalty for out of bounds is stroke and distance. |
|

Dykes marked with red stakes are lateral water hazards. |
|
The
ponds on the 11th and 12th and 18th marked by yellow stakes are water
hazards (Rule 26) |

| 3 |
If
a ball strikes the overhead power lines on the 2nd, 3rd and 17th holes,
the player MUST disregard that stroke, abandon the ball and play another
ball without penalty, as near as possible to the spot from which the
original ball was played and in accordance with rule 20-5. The electricity
poles and guy wires supporting the poles are immovable obstructions.
Rule 24.2 applies. |

A)
Tree Plantations. All plantations which are defined by a burnt off line
are considered ground under repair from which all play is prohibited |
|
B)
If a players ball lies in an area of ground under repair from which play
is prohibited, or if such and area interferes with the players stance or
the area of hi intended swing, the player must take relief under rule
25-1. |
|
C)
Staked and spiral guarded trees. (Not Plantations). Any ball coming to
rest which interferes with stance or swing, MUST be lifted and dropped
within one club length of the nearest point of relief, not nearer the
hole, without penalty (rule24-1) |

Stones
in bunkers may be lifted without penalty (rule 24-1) |

A
ball may be lifted and dropped within one club length from the nearest
point of relief, not nearer the hole, without penalty in the following
circumstances: |

A)
When a ball is lying on or under a tee mat |
|
B)
When a ball is lying in tyre marks caused by tractors or other vehicles. |
|
|
| 7 |
When
a screen guarding a tee intervenes between a ball and the intended green,
the ball may be dropped at the nearest point of relief, not nearer the
hole, without penalty. |

for breach of Local Rule: Match play - loss of hole. Stroke play - Two
