EVENTS AT THE INN

'Events at the Inn' is here to help you plan that wedding, special event, party or occasion to ensure everything goes like clockwork. Based at Woodthorpe Country Inn, situated in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, our new and elegantly decorated Vinery can seat up to 80 guests, or provide a buffet for up to 100. Overnight accommodation is available at Woodthorpe Hall Leisure Park and our professional, highly trained staff will be pleased to help you with your wedding, anniversary, party or other special occasion.

Firstly, let us congratulate you on your engagement and forthcoming wedding. We make it our top priority to make your special day everything you dreamed of - and a little more. Not only can we provide you with the perfect place to hold your wedding reception, now you can hold your Civil Wedding Reception with us too if you wish. Receptions take place in our purpose built function room called the Vinery. It has its own private bar, polished dance floor and large doors open out onto a large patio area which is ideal are for adults and children to enjoy the day. The menus in our brochure are only suggestions and alternate

dishes may be chosen subject to availability of ingredients. Children aged between 5 and 12 will be charged at 50% of the adult price. Younger children may choose from our special children's menu. VAT is included in all our prices.

Once you have chosen your menu, the following are included in the price.

	Use of the Vinery for the Wedding Breakfast and Reception
	A Red Carpet welcome for the Bride and Groom
	Cake Stand and Knife
	Use of the private bar.

Woodthorpe Country Inn has recently been licensed by Lincolnshire County Council to allow us to perform your Civil Ceremony in the Vinery, conducted by a local Registrar. If you wish to hold your ceremony at the Inn, you will need to decide on a date and

time, which you will need to check with us then book with the Registrar. They will charge you a fee for this service.

The second step is to confirm your date with us to ensure your booking of the Vinery. We charge a set price of £50 for the hire of the room which includes setting out he Vinery including flower pedestals and the use of the room for the duration of the day. Maximum seating for the ceremony is 80 people. The ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes and we advise guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, to welcome the Bride. Due to specific regulations from the Registrar, guests are not allowed to take food or drink into the function room and photographs and/or video's must be arranged with the Registrar prior to the day.

Weddings or Civil ceremonies are often booked well in advance and from time to time, cancellations occur. Accordingly, we operate a cancellation policy, which will be assumed to be accepted upon written confirmation of your booking. Charges are as follows. 12 weeks notice or more. Between 4 weeks and 12 weeks and less than 4 weeks. The charge is made on estimated food and beverage consumption using the number of guests anticipated at the breakfast and evening reception.
